I’m Pastor Joe McNulty from Cullman, Alabama, and I’ve had the honor of serving in ministry for more than five decades. After 52 years of pastoral service, I’ve recently stepped into retirement, but my passion for helping people grow spiritually and navigate life’s challenges with faith and wisdom has never changed.
Over the years, I’ve been blessed to walk alongside individuals and families through many seasons of life. As a pastoral counselor with more than 30 years of experience, I focus on grief therapy, marriage and family counseling, and conflict resolution. I believe in a practical, biblically grounded approach that brings comfort, healing, and restoration during some of life’s most difficult moments.
In addition to my pastoral work, I serve as a life coach, helping people face personal struggles, find clarity, and step into renewed purpose. My heart is to meet people where they are and walk with them forward with empathy, honesty, and encouragement.
I currently serve as Board Chair of the United Way of Cullman County and have had the privilege of serving on numerous boards throughout my community and ministry. I also serve on the Board of Trustees at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
I’m available for speaking engagements, counseling, and consulting. Whether I’m in the pulpit, sitting across from someone in a counseling session, or speaking at an event, my goal is always the same: to encourage, equip, and walk alongside others with faith, wisdom, and compassion.
